Rachel Ridley

Ms. Ridley is part of the executive team of ResProp/InvestRes that has grown AUM from $200M to over $1.5B, returning over $700M to investors with a blended IRR exceeding 20%. Ridley oversees accounting, portfolio management, risk management, treasury, debt financing, captive insurance and investor relations. Prior, she spent 12 years at PwC auditing and advising REITs and investment funds; then was CFO of a multi-billion dollar public company subsidiary, where she oversaw the spin-off and public listing of two companies.
