Candace Kelley brings 14 years of multifamily experience across diverse markets. Throughout her career, she has successfully led conventional, value-add, new construction, and stabilization assets, consistently driving operational excellence and high-performance results.

Candace’s passion lies in building strong relationships and leading dynamic teams to success. She began her career as a leasing consultant and has worked in every on-site position, giving her a deep understanding of operational efficiencies and strategic decision-making. 

As an Area Vice President, Candace oversees a multifamily portfolio in the Dallas area, focusing on aggressive pricing strategies, lease compliance, expense tracking, financial reviews, and overall operational success. She remains committed to professional growth, actively engaging in industry associations such as AAGD, TAA, and NAA, and holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification from AAGD.

A proud Texas native, Candace lives with her husband and four children. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, spending quality time with her family, and exploring new places to create lasting memories.
