Taylor Salmon is based in Austin, Texas and is the VP of Human Resources for ResProp Management. She is passionate about building strategies and initiatives focused on solving business and people challenges. 

Prior to joining ResProp, Taylor served as an Executive Business Manager at Bloomingdale’s, where she led multi-million dollar businesses and large-scale teams. Over four years, Taylor not only drove financial growth and operational efficiency, but also served as a regional leader for the Executive Development Training program in the greater Boston area. Now at ResProp, Taylor applies her extensive experience in strategic business management and human capital to enhance employee engagement, drive performance improvement, and support professional growth.

Taylor is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, and is currently in pursuit of her HR Management professional certification through the University of Texas and the Society for Human Resource Management.
