Alvaro Davila is a Financial Manager for ResProp’s Portfolio Management and Financial Planning & Analysis teams. He has served ResProp in Operations, Acquisitions, and Asset Management roles across multiple states in the last six years. He leads budgeting and internal reporting to drive operational excellence and assists with ResProp’s monthly and quarterly investor reporting. Alvaro holds B.A. degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Ave Maria University.
