Avrey Turner is a Regional Manager for ResProp based in Dallas Texas. He brings over 8 years of experience in the multifamily industry starting his career back in his home state of Arkansas. Avrey is experienced in value-add, repositions, lease-ups and tax-credit assets. Avrey brings operational experience in the TX, AR, OK, and KS markets. He has excelled in increasing Net Operating Income in some of the most challenging markets. Avrey provides a servant leadership style and focuses on building each team member to be prepared for the next opportunity that arises.  During his free time, he enjoys traveling and visiting friends and family.
