Sarah-Grace Harley is based in Bluffton, SC, with 18 years of leadership experience and 9 years in multifamily property management. She began her career with MAA, and has since expanded her expertise in third-party management. Sarah-Grace has a proven track record in driving success in student housing, lease-ups, repositions & stabilization sites, with operational experience in NC, SC, GA, FL, TX, OH, PA & MO. Her career highlights include leading ResProp’s first lease-up as Property Manager and advancing to the role of Regional Manager.

Sarah-Grace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Tennessee. In her free time, Sarah-Grace is active in the Junior League & enjoys traveling with her husband.
