Her passion is building strong relationships and leading high-performing teams. Candace began her career as a leasing consultant and has worked in every on-site position, allowing for the successful achievement of operational efficiencies.

As a Regional Property Manager, Candace oversees a multifamily portfolio, with a focus on aggressive pricing strategies, lease compliance, expense tracking, financial reviews, and overall day-to-day operations. In her pursuit of professional growth and staying at the forefront of industry best practices and emerging trends, Candace actively engages in professional development opportunities from industry associations like AAGD, TAA and NAA. Notably, she holds her CAM Certification from AAGD. Candace is a Texas native. There, she lives with her husband and four children.
