Angela Aguilar is based in Austin TX and currently serves as Chief of Staff at ResProp Management, primarily responsible for planning and managing strategic initiatives across the organization, providing cross-functional support to operations, and overseeing the Marketing, IT, Centralized Support Team, Human Resources, and the BizTech Program.
​Prior to ResProp, she was a Regional Manager for a technology startup focused on reinventing property on-site maintenance operations. Previously, she spent over 8 years in the medical field with a focus on operations and business development. Steven Rea began his career in Property Management in 2005 and joined ResProp in 2020. He is currently responsible for growing the management portfolio in Austin and Houston. During his time in the industry he has spent time leading teams in operations, training, technology and business development. Steven volunteers with IREM, having served and/or chaired several local and national committees, served as President of IREM Austin in 2016 and became an Instructor for IREM in 2012. Mike partners with ownership groups looking to develop or grow their multifamily portfolios and executes new business development strategy by monitoring and analyzing market information and trends for opportunities, preparing detailed reports for prospective clients and making recommendations on future opportunities and relationships. He brings value by assisting with deal sourcing, underwriting, capital planning, and market research. He began his career with Greystar in 2014 as a Operations & Financial Analyst and joined the Resprop Team in October 2020. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Depaul University.

Maegan Corcoran started her career as a rental Broker in Manhattan, NY over 20 years ago. Her  Property Management experience started at a 400 unit lease-up and quickly grew her career to Regional Manager for The Irvine Company in San Diego, CA.  Maegan was then asked to move back to Manhattan to assist in building out the Northeast Region for Alliance Residential and worked as a Senior Regional Manager for Echelon Property Group and Capital Growth Properties. Maegan recently was the Director of Property Management for Petra Development, an owner-based company outside DC where she gained extensive knowledge in tax credit properties and rent-controlled markets.  Maegan has lease-up over 5,000 units and has overseen 8,000 units in renovation and asset repositioning and for class A, B, and C assets. In 2018 Maegan got her Certified Property Management (CPM)  designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in multiple states.

Luke Leins oversees Third Party Management growth and expansion in the Florida market.  Luke's background includes development, acquisitions, private-equity raising, and third-party management.  Luke's strategic approach is to partner with ownership groups looking to develop multifamily portfolios by assisting with deal sourcing, underwriting, capital planning, and market research.  He also works on strategic management changes to maximize property values for owners.  Luke holds a BSBA from Colorado State University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF).

Ben Adler oversees third-party management growth and development in Dallas, TX. Ben's client-centric approach to assisting ownership groups with deal sourcing, underwriting, capital planning, and market research provides a strong quantitative and qualitative set of information to streamline and better inform the deal process. Ben began his career at Resprop in 2016 as a member of the Biztech program, gaining field level experience, rising up to lead the BizTech management training program in addition to his responsibilities as a Director of Business Development. Ben holds a B.A. in Economics and Urban Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
