Chief of Staff
Angela Aguilar is based in Austin TX and currently serves as Chief of Staff at ResProp Management, primarily responsible for planning and managing strategic initiatives across the organization, providing cross-functional support to operations, and overseeing the Marketing, IT, Centralized Support Team, Human Resources, and the BizTech Program.
Prior to ResProp, she was a Regional Manager for a technology startup focused on reinventing property on-site maintenance operations. Previously, she spent over 8 years in the medical field with a focus on operations and business development. Angela received her BS in Environmental Resource Management and BA in German Language and Culture from the University of Texas at Austin.

Forrest White has over twenty years of experience in multifamily and single-family real estate. His career in property management and leadership has focused on operations, construction, and facilities. He started his career working through college in facilities maintenance, getting his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. In 2006, Forrest established the Asset Engineering team at Alliance and oversaw the facilities and redevelopment projects for over 85,000 rental homes across the nation with a project volume of exceeding $70MM annually. Now with ResProp, he works with the team to bring a no excuses approach to maximizing property performance

Rachel Ridley is part of the executive team of InvestRes / ResProp Management that has grown AUM from $200M to over $1.5B, and returning over $800M to investors.. Rachel oversees accounting, portfolio management, risk management, treasury, debt financing, captive insurance and investor relations. Prior to InvestRes, she spent 12 years at PwC auditing and advising REITs and investment funds; then was CFO of a multi-billion dollar public company subsidiary, where she oversaw the spin-off and public listing of two companies. Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Rachel has a BA from Emory University, and MPA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Luke Leins oversees Third Party Management growth and expansion in the Florida market. Luke's background includes development, acquisitions, private-equity raising, and third-party management. Luke's strategic approach is to partner with ownership groups looking to develop multifamily portfolios by assisting with deal sourcing, underwriting, capital planning, and market research. He also works on strategic management changes to maximize property values for owners. Luke holds a BSBA from Colorado State University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF).

Ben Adler serves as a Senior Associate, working with business development and operations leadership to grow Resprop's third party management platform. Ben began his career at Resprop in 2016 as a member of the Biztech program, gaining field level experience, rising up to become a new venture manager for a number of internal technology startups focused on reinventing the property technology industry. Ben holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Steven Rea began his career in Property Management in 2005 and joined ResProp in 2020. He is currently responsible for growing the management portfolio in Austin and Houston. During his time in the industry he has spent time leading teams in operations, training, technology and business development. Steven volunteers with IREM, having served and/or chaired several local and national committees, served as President of IREM Austin in 2016 and became an Instructor for IREM in 2012. His greatest passion is for mentoring the next generation of industry leaders and helping to drive the evolution of how properties are managed.

Michael Hanrahan joined ResProp in 2020 and is currently responsible for growing the management portfolio in San Antonio. Mike partners with ownership groups looking to develop or grow their multifamily portfolios and executes new business development strategy by monitoring and analyzing market information and trends for opportunities, preparing detailed reports for prospective clients and making recommendations on future opportunities and relationships. He brings value by assisting with deal sourcing, underwriting, capital planning, and market research. He began his career with Greystar in 2014 as a Operations & Financial Analyst and joined the Resprop Team in October 2020. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Depaul University.

Jacelyn Bell has been active in the multifamily industry since 2002 and serves as a Regional Vice President, with experience in San Antonio, Austin, Las Vegas, and Florida.. She has extensive experience with multiple asset types including: student, high-rise, mixed-use and garen style. Her strengths are resident and client communication, team building and development, asset repositioning, renovation, and executing aggressive financial goals with positive results. Jacelyn serves on the San Antonio Apartment Association Board of Directors, is a 2018 SAAA Leadership Lyceum Graduate, and holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, as well as a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the National Apartment Association.

Maegan Corcoran started her career as a rental Broker in Manhattan, NY over 20 years ago. Her Property Management experience started at a 400 unit lease-up and quickly grew her career to Regional Manager for The Irvine Company in San Diego, CA. Maegan was then asked to move back to Manhattan to assist in building out the Northeast Region for Alliance Residential and worked as a Senior Regional Manager for Echelon Property Group and Capital Growth Properties. Maegan recently was the Director of Property Management for Petra Development, an owner-based company outside DC where she gained extensive knowledge in tax credit properties and rent-controlled markets. Maegan has lease-up over 5,000 units and has overseen 8,000 units in renovation and asset repositioning and for class A, B, and C assets. In 2018 Maegan got her Certified Property Management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in multiple states.

Jenny Gleason has over 25 years of experience working in the multifamily industry where she has developed an extensive background detailing every aspect of property operations. Throughout her tenure, she worked her way from Property Manager to Regional Manager, to the President of a privately owned property management company. Jenny’s experience ranges from overseeing several multi-million-dollar renovation projects, (involving both exterior and interior renovations), lease-ups, condominium conversions, student housing, both garden-style and mid-rise assets, as well as being responsible for the overall operations of a property management company. She also brings a wealth of knowledge on value-add assets and has a proven track record of driving financial growth, adding significant value under her leadership.

Prior to leading CST, Abby helped scale the initiative to over $3 million in revenue within the first year and helped oversee all procurement, accounting, and vendor onboarding. Tom Mikolas has over 29 years of experience in residential and commercial properties. His background includes Garden style, mid rise and high rise properties including the overseeing of 5 new construction properties in the Chicago land area and 3 other properties in the midwest. He also comes with extensive experience in the hotel industry. Tom has worked his way through this industry learning every aspect of it from starting out as an apprentice technician to running a maintenance staff of over 50 employees. Not stopping there, he then was able to start working directly with ownership on new construction projects. Tom is a team player in every meaning of the phrase and is willing to share all his years of experience with everyone that he works with to create a better team.

Alexander Pankow assists ownership groups across Austin efficiently operate their communities. Akshay Kapoor serves as the Senior Finance Analyst for InvestRes / ResProp Management working for the capital markets, portfolio management and investor relations teams. He primarily focuses on all financing efforts for acquisitions as well as refinances while also serving the executive leadership on portfolio surveillance and managing the corporate budgeting and captive insurance processes. Prior to InvestRes, he was a Business Analyst for Citibank, working on its cross border payments platform serving financial institutions and public corporations located in more than 195 countries. Prior, he spent five years at the University of Chicago’s Endowment, where he was responsible for performance calculations, collaborating with the investment teams to execute investment decisions, preparation of valuations, monitoring cash and liquidity positions, and reporting and technology initiatives. He spent the previous 3 years within the affordable housing industry and worked directly with various third party management companies to ensure operational compliance at over 100 multifamily properties. Dustin is actively involved with risk management and legal compliance within it, upholding business and property safety and coordinating the implementation of policies and procedures. Jay Snyder serves as the Director of Procurement & Risk for ResProp Management. He is hyperfocused on leading systems that are tailored to operators and processes that provide owners with the confidence that expenses are being managed diligently. Jay began his career with ResProp in 2017 as part of the BizTech Program and gained extensive experience in property operations and construction. Tom Mikolas has over 29 years of experience in residential and commercial properties.
